As a responsible supplier to the global food and supplements industries, and in response to the UK Government COBRA Committee statements of March 12th 2020 on the escalating Coronavirus pandemic, Clasado has implemented a number of measures to ensure the health and safety of its employees, their families, customers, suppliers and communities where it operates.
Clasado has implemented its Incident Management Process and has an Incident Management Team (IMT) managing the business continuity situation for the organisation as a whole:
- Effective March 12th, 2020, Clasado is operating as a virtual organisation – all staff members are now working remotely from home with full telephone and digital communication support
- All business travel has been suspended
- All face to face meetings have been suspended
- All staff have been issued with up to date NHS guidelines on how to minimise risk of contamination, as well as instructions on how to handle the situation if they or a colleague feel unwell, or if they come into contact with an individual who has contracted the virus
- The IMT has implemented a continuous supply chain monitoring process and is not anticipating any shortages or delays at the current time. However, this communication will be updated should any change occur and customers will be informed directly
We thank everyone for their diligence and patience as we work through this challenging and unprecedented situation,
Per Rehné
