Clasado Biosciences has confirmed its attendance at IPC 2025, the 18th International Scientific Conference on Probiotics, Prebiotics, Gut Microbiota and Health, which will take place on 24-26 June 2025 in the Royal Olympic Hotel, Athens, Greece.

Dr Georgina Dodd, R&D Senior Scientist and Clinical Project Manager, will represent Clasado at the conference which brings together participants from academia and industry as part of a scientific forum focused on cutting-edge research and innovation in the microbiome field. The conference is a unique opportunity to meet those who have influenced the past, present and future of biotics.

Dr Dodd commented: “IPC is an excellent networking opportunity for Clasado to connect with industry and academic experts on an international level. Attendance at the conference enables us to keep up-to-date with scientific research and innovation. With evidence supported health claims continuing to gather pace commercially, the gut microbiome remains one of the most influential areas in health and wellbeing today.”

The three-day conference will explore several scientific topics, including fermented foods, microbiota functionality and nutrient availability. There will also be a focus on how technology and AI developments are enabling greater access to new and improved formats, alongside a deep dive into industry and regulatory topics.

Backed by over 125 scientific publications including more than 20 clinical trials, Clasado’s proprietary galactooligosaccharide (GOS) prebiotic, Bimuno GOS, exemplifies the company’s commitment to evidence-based ingredient development. The company continues to invest in expanding the scientific understanding of prebiotics and their applications across various health areas.
